- Conference registration is open only to GPC members.
- Your membership fee should be paid at the time of the registration if your company is not a current member of GPC.
- A badge will be issued on arrival and must be displayed for entry to all events. Delegates have access to all speaker sessions and presentations for 3 days, Exhibitor Area and to the Welcome Reception and Closing Reception.
- Accompanying person may only attend Welcome Reception and Closing Reception by purchasing tickets.
- Each delegate needs to register separately and provide a unique email id otherwise the system will not allow to complete the registration.
Bank Transfers: Deadline to receive bank transfers is April 25, 2018. After this date no funds will be accepted by bank transfer. The delegate will only be able to register and pay online by credit card or by cash onsite in Colombo.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation made before February 1, 2018 will be entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellation made between February 2, 2018 and March 31, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made after April 1, 2018 will not be refunded nor will credits for future conferences be issued.
All bank charges to make the refund will be charged to the delegate.
GPC membership fee of USD500 is non-refundable.
